Smash the mushrooms, cut the leek

Cook the mushrooms with butter until it’s ready

add in the leek, thyme and cook it through

Add in the flour and butter
Step 5
Add in the chicken stock
Step 6
Then add in cream when chicken stock is reduced
Step 7
Simmer until thickness achieved
Step 8
Blend and add in olive oil
