Instructions
Step 1
Boil pasta in salted water. (Once done take some of the pasta water out)
For the Sauce
Step 2
In a pan add oil, onions, and garlic and sauteé.
Step 3
Add 2 cans tomato paste and sauteé for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add in the heavy cream, lemon juice, red pepper, butter, salt, pepper, parmesan, and a little bit of the pasta water.
Step 5
Top with dry basil and red pepper.
