Instructions
Daal
Step 1
Soak 1 cup toor daal or 1/2 cup each of moong and pink Masoor for 1/2 hour
Step 2
Chop Tomatoes into small cubes
Step 3
Add daal and tomatoes into the One Pot
Step 4
Add 1/2 TSP chilli powder, 1/4 TSP haldi, 1 TSP salt
Step 5
Add water one inch above the level of the daal
Step 6
Pressure Cook gor 15 minutes
Step 7
When done, let steam out and open

Add 2 tbsp oil
Step 9
Add 1tsp garlic Paste or 5 cloves of garlic.
Step 10
Add 1/4 TSP rye, 1/4 TSP jeera, 1/2 TSP jeera powder, 2 stems curry leaves

Add 3-4 dried red chillies
Step 12
Add 1/2 TSP Sambhar Powder
Step 13
Add daal to bhagar
Step 14
Add water as per the consistency you want and boil for 5 min
