Lemon Mushroom Turbot

Instructions

Step 1
Wash fish and pat dry and place in cookie sheet lined with silver foil
Step 2
Squeeze fresh lemon just onto slices
Step 3
Rub crushed frozen cube garlic onto slices
Step 4
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion powder and lemon zest
Step 5
Place freshly sliced mushrooms around the fish and spray mushrooms with olive oil very lightly
Step 6
Top with lemon slices
Step 7
Bake uncovered on for 35 min on 375
