Thin crust pizza crust
½ cricotta cheese
2 carugula
½ cupred grapes
sliced in half
2 Tpine nuts
1lemon

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread ricotta on top of crust and bake until cheese melts slightly, about 6 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with arugula, grapes, pine nuts and lemon zest. Cut and serve warm.
