This creamy sausage breakfast casserole is like biscuits and gravy in casserole form. Shredded hash browns take the place of the biscuits, so it's totally gluten free. I also added some mushrooms and peppers to squeeze in some veggies. It would be perfect for meal-prep or weekend brunch.
