3 cupsall purpose flour

2 tbaking powder

2 teaspoonspumpkin spice

1 teaspoonkosher salt

1 cupunsalted butter

1 ¾ cupslight brown sugar

3eggs
large, room temperature

2 teaspoonsvanilla

1 cupcanned pumpkin
ounce can

½ cupsour cream

¼ cupunsalted butter

2 tablespoonsmaple syrup

1 tablespoonsheavy cream

6 tablespoonpowdered sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. Spray bundt or tube pan with baking spray. Whisk together dry ingredients in medium bowl. Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Beat in dry, alternating with pumpkin and sour cream, just till combined. Spoon into pan and bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool before removing from pan. Make glaze, pour over after removing from pan.
