For the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Make the sauce by blending all of the sauce ingredients until smooth.
Step 2
Place the gnocchi in boiled water and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the gnocchi and transfer to a nonstick pan with the fry light oil with the mushrooms on medium heat. Season mushrooms to taste.
Step 4
Once mushrooms are soft and gnocchi is crispy, set aside. Clean the pan.
Step 5
In the same pan, add the sauce, soy milk, and nutritional yeast over low heat. Stir until sauce consistency.
Step 6
Microwave the peas in water, and serve everything in a bowl.
