Instructions
Step 1
Chop potatoes into chunks and slice onion as well as the pepper.

Lay into a baking dish and pour over the beef stock.

Transfer to the oven and steak in 45 minutes on 200 c.

Step 5
Drizzle coriander and yoghurt before serving.
