Instructions

Step 1
Chop potatoes into chunks and slice onion as well as the pepper.

Step 2
Mix all ingredients into a bowl and give it a good mix.
Step 3
Lay into a baking dish and pour over the beef stock.

Transfer to the oven and steak in 45 minutes on 200 c.
