Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°.
Step 2
In a cast iron skillet or an oven safe skillet add 1 tbsp olive oil and sear chicken 2-3 minutes. Take the chicken out, set aside, and add garlic cloves to the skillet. Cook 1 minute and add salt, black pepper, lasagna noodles- broken, 1 cup chicken stock, 1/2 cup heavy cream, and 1 tbsp Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil, and cook 10 minutes.
Step 3
add in 2 cups spinach. Let it wilt and add the chicken back in. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over top and bake in the oven 20 minutes or until the chicken is cook through.
