Instructions
Step 1
Cook egg in boiling water for ten minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, spread pesto over one of the bread slices. Add alfalfa and sliced tomatoes evenly on top. Carefully add on avocado slices.
Step 3
Once cooked, quickly cool egg in cold water and de-shell. Slice boiled egg to add on top of avocado.
Step 4
Carefully place the other slice of bread on top of compiled sandwich, the cut in half diagonally to serve.
