Millet Gallo Pinto

3 steps
Prep:15minCook:15min
Gallo Pinto is a national breakfast of Costa Rica. It is usually made with boiled rice and here I have replaced rice with pearl to make it more nutritious. It is full of proteins and hence is a perfect breakfast recipe . To make it more interesting and nutritious I have served it here with cloud omelette and salsa salad
