Instructions

Step 1
Start by separating the crab sticks into thin strips.

On medium heat, drizzle oil and fry minced garlic for 1 minute.

Then, add the crab pieces along with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and rice and stir-fry until the sauce is fully mixed in.

Let the fried rice cool for 5-10 minutes.

While the fried rice is cooling down, slice half a cucumber into strips.

In a bowl, crack 2 eggs, add a pinch of salt and mix.

Place nori on a flat surface, spread out rice (covering 80%), add cucumber strips in the middle and gently roll.

In a new pan (low-medium heat), drizzle oil and pour egg mixture.

Quickly place the kimbap roll towards one side of the pan.
Step 10
After 30 secs - 1 minute, roll it gently with a spatula until the roll is fully wrapped with egg.
Step 11
Take it out of the pan and slice!
