Instructions

Step 1
Prepare Mandarin Pancakes.
Step 2
Blend vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce and cornstarch in cup; set aside. Heat vegetable oil in wok over high heat. Add chicken; cook without stirring 1 to 2 minutes or until golden. Add ginger and garlic; turn chicken over and cook 1 to 2 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Push aside in wok.
Step 3
Pour in egg substitute; stir-fry 1 minute or until softly set. Stir eggs into chicken. Add bean sprouts; stir-fry 4 minutes or until sprouts are wilted. Stir soy sauce mixture; pour into wok. Stir-fry until sauce boils and thickens. Remove from heat; stir in sesame oil and cilantro.
Step 4
To assemble, spread 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce down center of pancake. Spoon 3 to 4 tablespoons chicken mixture over sauce. Fold bottom edge of pancake over filling; fold side edges to overwrap filling. Roll up to completely encs filling, if desired.
