Instructions

Spaghetti Squash

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F
OvenOvenPreheat
Step 2
Cute Squash in half + remove the seeds. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place face down on a baking dish and roast for 30 minutes or until the squash is tender.
Step 3
In a bowl mix together ricotta, egg, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, herbed sea salt and pepper. Then cook Italian sausage.
Step 4
Remove squash from oven. Layer ricotta mixture, Italian sausage, and marinara into the squash cavity, then finish each by topping with provolone cheese. Bake until the marinara is bubbling, and the provolone is nicely browned on top.

Delicious Broccoli

Step 5
Wash + chop up one broccoli crown. Drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning, herbed sea salt, and nutritional yeast. (Add to your preference) Roast at 425F for about 30 minutes, or until it is cooked to your preference.

Simple Salad + Italian Dressing

Step 6
In a jar add olive oil, red wine vinegar, mayo, sugar (or honey), Italian seasoning, herbed sea salt and pepper. Shake until well combined. Note: Add more vinegar if you like it more acidic, more sugar to make it sweeter, more mayo to make it creamier and just add the seasonings to your taste. You can also add more olive oil if you want to tone down the flavors altogether.
Step 7
For s simple salad I usually do a bed of field greens and top it with peppers, olives, cucumbers, and either Parmesan or mozzarella depending on what I have!
