Instructions
Step 1
In a jug, mix the ingredients for the sauce.
Step 2
Pan fry the salmon until golden and cooked.
Step 3
Remove the salmon from the pan and pour in the sauce. Simmer until it starts to thicken. Be careful not to over thicken.
Step 4
Pour the sauce over the salmon and serve with rice or mash, and broccoli (or any veg of choice)
