Instructions

Step 1
Prepare your vegetables and prepare a frying pan and a sauce pan on the hob
Step 2
Mix all your seasonings together in a small bowl except the mince-exclusive seasonings
Step 3
Bring your frying pan to a medium high heat, and your sauce pan to a medium heat. Add a teaspoon of oil into both, then add your onions to both pans
Step 4
Add your bell pepper to the saucepan about a minute after the onions are added. After about 2 minutes, or when the onions are soft, starting to brown, and are translucent, add your garlic cloves to the pans
Step 5
When the garlic is fragrant, or after about 30 seconds, throw a little water into your frying pan, and your canned tomatoes into your sauce pan. Mix the tomatoes through until everything's evenly distributed
Step 6
To your frying pan, add your mince. Halve your seasonings and add half to your mince, and half to your salsa. Add the mince-exclusive seasonings to the mince, too. If you want it to be a bit spicier, add some chilli flake
Step 7
Mix the mince until it's cooked through. Add a little water if it's looking too dry.
Step 8
To each taco, add about 3 piled tablespoons of the mince, a bit of cheese, then 2 piled teaspoons of salsa, then more cheese.
