Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Sprinkle salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder on both sides of tilapia.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Step 5
Place each 7-ounce portion of cooked fish on romaine lettuce to hold the fish.
Step 6
Drizzle each portion with 1 teaspoon lime juice and 2 tablespoons of dressing.
Step 7
Add 1½ ounces avocado OR 2 tablespoons sour cream per serving.
