Instructions

Step 1
Fry onions, add garlic and ginger when onions are nearly cooked, then fry with red chilli flakes and salt. Once mixed, A add a tablespoon of tomato puree and fry out.
Step 2
Once onions are cooked, take off heat. Add 1 tea spoon turmeric, 2.5 teaspoons curry powder, 1 tablespoon garam masala, garlic pepper, black pepper and 2 tea spoons smoked paprika then sprinkle Chana masala
Step 3
Add chickpeas, potatoes, etc. and fry out.
Step 4
Add coconut milk and a splash of water. Leave to simmer.
