Season well with all above seasoning

Top with lime slices
Step 5
Flip and season other side with all but thyme, oregano and lime
Step 6
Pan grill on medium high for 20 minutes flipping halfway through
Step 7
Let rest in hot pan for about 5 minutes

Serve lime-side up with rice, potatoes or fresh veggies.
