Bibimbap - Korean Rice Bowl
This dish can be made to your preference. Use any proteins and vegetables you like. Mix it all up then enjoy!

Instructions
Making the beef
Step 1
Mix all sauce ingredients together well
Step 2
Use some of the sauce for the beef marinade and reserve the remaining for the Bibimbap bowl
Step 3
Massage marinade into beef then let marinade overnight or for at least a few hours

Cook the beef with some oil, minced ginger & garlic

Add to a bowl, set aside
Vegetables

Prep and wash your vegetables

Sauté each vegetables separately

In a large pan on medium high heat, add some oil

Add in vegetables
Step 10
Season with a pinch of salt, pepper and sesame oil

Add to a bowl, set aside
Spicy Cucumber Salad

Mix all ingredients together well

Enjoy as a side dish
Making the Bibimbap bowl

Using a stone pot or claypot, if you don’t have one you can use a regular bowl and skip the steps for prepping the pot

Coat the bottom of the pot with sesame oil or non-cooking spray

Place pot on stove, turn heat to low

Add a layer of rice - Jasmine or short grain

Add the veggies and beef

Top with a fried egg

Drizzle some of the Bibimbap beef marinade sauce

Sprinkle sesame seeds
