Instructions
Step 1
Dice garlic cloves, onion, and green onions
Step 2
Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, tamarind puree, brown sugar stevia, powdered peanut butter mixed with water, and juice from half a lime
Step 3
Season chicken with sprinkle of pepper and garlic powder
Step 4
Put a pot of water to boil
Step 5
Add seasoned chicken to an oiled pan with high heat and add garlic cloves and diced onions
Step 6
Add an egg and mix into cooked chicken mixture
Step 7
Add rice noodle to boiling water for 2 minutes and then strain immediately
Step 8
Add cooked noodle to pan and add sauce mixture on top
Step 9
Add green onion and bean sprouts and mix everything together
Step 10
(Optional) top off food with crushed peanuts
