Instructions

Step 1
In a hot nonstick sauté pan, add vegetable oil, when the oil gets hot, add BBQ seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and shrimp.
Step 2
Sauté the shrimp until almost completely cooked.
Step 3
Then, add the chicken stock, beer, butter and scallions; in that order.
Step 4
The stock and the beer will deglaze the pan and then let the butter melt in the broth.
Step 5
When the butter is melted the shrimp should be done.
Step 6
The entire process should take less than 5 minutes.
