Instructions

Step 1
Cook onions, Pancetta and garlic in pan of oil and butter for 5 mins

Add chicken and cook for 5 mins
Step 3
Add flour, mushrooms and green beans and cook for 10 mins
Step 4
Pour in the wine and simmer for 2 mins
Step 5
Add mustard and stir in the cream
Step 6
Simmer for 5 mins, until sauce thickens
Step 7
Serve with rice
