Step 1
In 12" saute pan, heat oil over med heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until garlic is golden brown.
Step 2
Add onion and salt and cook 1-2 min until onion starts to color. Add beans, oregano, and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, 6-8 min.
