Step 1
Cook Pasta.
Step 2
Fry the minced pork, bacon, chopped onion, carrot and celery for 10 minutes or until veg is tender.
Step 3
Add the garlic, mushrooms amd fry for further 4 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in wine and sage, boil then simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Just before serving mix in mascarpone and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
