Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on package to desired tenderness. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken and green onions. Mix well.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, preserves, curry powder, ginger powder and salt. Mix well.
Step 4
Add dressing to chicken mixture. Toss gently to coat.
Step 5
Cover and refrigerate 1 - 2 hours to blend flavors.
