Instructions
Step 1
Boil penne in salted water al dente.
Step 2
Put the olive oil in a sauce pan with minced garlic and heat to medium. Add diced tomatoes before garlic browns. Boil on medium heat. Add cayenne pepper and salt to taste.
Step 3
Once boiled down to thicker consistency, add fresh basil and parsley and cook until soft.
Step 4
Combine sauce and pasta then add the mozzarella (either in chunks or shredded) and toss until melting into sauce.
