Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Melt the butter in a large skillet. Sauté the onions and mushrooms in the butter.
Step 3
Boil green beans in chicken broth for 10 minutes and drain.
Step 4
Combine the onion/mushroom mixture with the green beans. Add mushroom soup, onion rings, and house seasoning and stir well.
Step 5
Pour all ingredients into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, then top the casserole with cheddar and bake 10 minutes longer or until the casserole is hot and cheese is melted.
Step 6
See House Seasoning and use a pinch of that. 🙄 Store in airtight container for 6 months.
