Instructions

Step 1
Mix oat flour,cinamon and baking powder and add the egg. Then mix
Step 2
Add cottage cheese and mix all
Step 3
Spill olive oil in a non sticky frying pan and then add pancakes one by one. Flip sides when cooked.
Step 4
Add chopped strawberries and chocolate spread . Top with some coconut flakes and Enjoy!
