Instructions
Step 1
Add the oats, protein, egg whites and no cal drops to a bowl and mix until they are well combined. The mixture will be dry at first but KEEP MIXING and it will come together. The mix should be THICK
Step 2
Heat a pan over high heat and add a few sprays of fry lite. Add a small dollop of the mixture onto the pan and cook for about 1 minute.
Step 3
When it has started to puff up, flip it and allow to cook on the other side.
Step 4
Repeat until all pancakes are cooked and add yogurt, blueberries and syrup on top.
