Instructions

Step 1
Blend protein powder, silken tofu, and tapioca starch to create the vegan custard.
Step 2
Press fingers into the middle of each slice of bread to create a well for the custard to fill.
Step 3
Fill wells with custard, then sprinkle toppings on top - in this case, strawberries and chocolate. Can be any desired toppings (typically fruit and maybe chocolate, or nuts).
Step 4
Air fry at 400°F for ~6 minutes. Enjoy!
