Ingredients

120 gramsrice
cooked, half cup uncooked

1boneless chicken
cut into cubes

½ Tbspcornstarch

½ Tbsplight soy sauce

2eggs
beaten

salt
to taste

white pepper
to taste

40 gramsFrench beans
cut into small bite size
1 packetMaggi Sambal paste

1 Tbspsweet soy sauce

1 Tbspgarlic minced

1 Tbspshallot
minced

1 Tbspred chilli
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Season Chicken pieces with soy sauce and cornstarch, set aside.



Step 2
Heat up wok, drizzle with some oil, toss in minced garlic and shallot, stir fry until fragrant.


Step 3
Add in chicken pieces, stir fry until fragrant and cooked.

Step 4
Add in French beans and continue to stir fry until cooked and colour changes to bright green.

Step 5
Quickly add in fried rice and mix well. Push all ingredients aside.

Step 6
Put in beaten egg, continue to stir fry until cooked. Combine all ingredients together and mix well, push aside.

Step 7
Add in 1 packet of Maggi sambal tumis paste and sweet soy sauce. Continue to stir fry and mix well with all the ingredients in the wok. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle with chopped chillies and give it a quick mix.

Step 9
Dish up and serve hot.
