Instructions

Step 1
Chop onions
Step 2
Slice peppers into strips
Step 3
Slice tomatoes into wedges
Step 4
Tenderize steak cut into thin strips
Step 5
In a skillet add oil and brown the steak and onion together
Step 6
Add bell peppers and beef broth to steak and onions, cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes
Step 7
Add tomatoes cook uncovered for 5 minutes
Step 8
Turn heat to medium, mix water, soy sauce, and corn starch together add the mixture to skillet to thicken
Step 9
Serve over white rice ( minute rice)
