Step 1
Put ground beef into frying pan on medium-high heat until light brown. Stir in taco seasoning and mix until browned and start to stick to pan then add water. Once water starts to boil turn heat to low until all water is evaporated.
Step 2
Tortillas: in a frying pan, cover bottom with vegetable oil and heat to medium-high. Once hot add tortilla. Fry until brown. Take out of pan, salt, and fold in half.
