Step 1
Trim the fat off the chicken thighs and cut the chicken into big chunks. Mix with the milk. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Combine the ingredients for the seasoning sauce in a bowl and mix well.
Step 3
Drain the chicken and squeeze out excess milk. Pat it dry with a paper towel. Then add seasoning sauce and mix well.
Step 4
Prepare a grill pan over medium-high heat and drizzle a tbsp of vegetable oil in the pan.
Step 5
When the pan is hot, place the chicken in it. Reduce the heat to medium and cover. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
Step 6
Turn the chicken over, increase the heat to medium-high and add the left-over sauce. Keep rotating the chicken for 5 more minutes.
Step 7
Grab the butter with your tongs and rub it over the chicken. Let it melt and cook for a minute.
Step 8
Serve with rice with the chopped green onion on top.
