Instructions
Step 1
Place a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, add olive oil and garlic, sauté 30-60secs
Step 2
Add cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper and mix. Cool tomatoes until softened a bit, then gently and carefully press the tomatoes and add the chili oil. Stir often.
Step 3
Add orzo and mix well, stir for about 1min.
Step 4
Pour water while stirring. Keep mixing until it thickens.
Step 5
Add cream and lower heat.
Cook for 5-10min, stirring often.
Step 6
Cover saucepan, cook for 3 minutes. Stir often.
Step 7
Add parmigiano reggiano, basil and mix well.
