Instructions

Step 1
Grate a large zucchini then spread it out over some kitchen paper and pat it dry . Grate two carrots and do the same getting as much of the moisture off as possible . Now add these to a large bowl and add a diced chili ( seeds in or out is up to you ) 4 sliced scallions 2 eggs grated cheese dill psyllium husks ( you can use regular flour to bind the veggies if you don’t have psyllium hush’s) garlic powder salt and pepper and give it a good mix

Step 2
Make Pattie’s out of the mixture it makes about 8 large ones . Then bake in a preheated oven at 200 c /392 f for 20-25 minutes or until golden .
Step 3
To make the dip add yogurt and harissa paste to a bowl salt and pepper and stir . Serve over the Pattie’s and enjoy
