Cheesy High-Protein Pasta

Instructions

Step 1
Heat a fry pan over medium heat and add frozen peas. Cook for a few minutes or until defrosted. Add spinach and stir until wilted. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Add peas and spinach into a blender with all other sauce ingredients and blend until smooth. Consistency should be thick but pourable. Add more oat milk if needed.
Step 3
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and stir in the sauce whilst the pasta is still hot.
Step 4
Serve and garnish with chilli flakes, hemp seeds and parsley. Enjoy! Store in the fridge for 4-5 days.
