Instructions

Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast in large bowl
Step 2
Add half cup milk and mix well
Step 3
Add half cup water and mix well, at this point it may be easier to use your fingers, your dough is meant to be sticky
Step 4
Drizzle some oil over your work space and kneadout the dough for about 10min. you made need to add a tablespoon of oil at the 2min and 5min mark

Work into a ball and put in a large greased bowl. Cover with cling wrap and allow to sit in a dark cupboard or oven for 1hr, dont wait too long as the dough may flop

After an hour, punch out the air in the dough and knead the dough onto your work space for about 2min
Step 7
Add about 1 tablespoon of oil to dough and grease rolling pin too. Rollout dough to a large rectangle keeping in mind the lenght of the loaf pan

Roll dough in a swiss roll method tightly until making a log. Pinch ends and odd bits and smoothen out the log as best as possible. Put log into a greased loaf pan. Spread it out niceand evenly. Grease the top of the dough with oil. Cover with foil and put in dark setting for 30min

Put oven to 180▫C to preheat,
Step 10
Grease more oil on top of bread and bake for sbout 30min covered
Step 11
Remove cover and baste with butter and continue to bake for 5 to 10min
Step 12
Remove from oven to cool, baste with butter. Bread should cool for 1 to 2 hrs before cutting and eating
