Instructions

Step 1
In a sauce pan combine potatoes, condensed milk, 1 tbsp butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Step 2
Cover and cook on low (stirring frequently) until potatoes are just fork tender.
Step 3
Move the potatoes mixture to a well butter baking dish.
Step 4
Top with shredded cheese and then buttered bread crumbs.
Step 5
Bake at 425 degrees until the topping has become golden brown and the sauce begins to bubble slightly.
Step 6
Allow to cool 5-10 minutes and serve along side your favorite dishes
