Chicken marinade

300gchicken breast
cubed

3 Tbspgarlic

1 Tbsppaprika

1 tspturmeric

1 tspgaram masala

1 tspsalt

1 tsppepper

120gfat free Greek yogurt

0.5lemon juiced
The creamy sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Mix marinade ingredients until color changes
Step 2
Mix sauce ingredients well then transfer to a blender and blend until smooth
Step 3
Add chicken marinade to a pan and cook for 4 minutes on high heat
Step 4
Lower the heat and add the sauce
Step 5
Mix and simmer for another 2-3 minutes
Step 6
Serve with 140g of cooked basmati rice
