- brine chicken breasts overnight so they're tender after all the boiling
- caramelize them onions as much as possible!

Instructions
Step 1
Heat butter and caramelize onions with a pinch of salt
Step 2
Add ginger, garlic, apple and cook until water is gone
Step 3
Add curry powder and cook on low for a minute
Step 4
Add water, potatoes, carrots, and chicken and simmer for 15-20 minutes
Step 5
Turn off heat and stir in curry roux cubes
