Chocolate-y Blueberry Smoothie
A little quickie smoothie between clients today ~ breaking the fast at around 11:15am with this chocolate-y blueberry smoothie 🫐🍫
Serves 1
10 oz water (because I was lazy and didn’t make any coconut milk this week)
1 cup full fat Greek yogurt
1/4 scoop chocolate protein powder (for a little chocolate-y flavor)
1 Tbsp. Cacao nibs
2 Tbsp. Chia seeds
1-2 Tbsp. Peanut butter
1/4 cup frozen bloobs
1/2 frozen banana
Topped with unsweetened toasted coconut flakes 🥥😋
