Ingredients

1 lbground hamburger
chicken, turkey

1 cupfrozen corn
or canned

1onion
small, chopped

1green pepper
large, chopped

1 jarmild salsa

1can black olives
sliced

1can black beans
I use, with corn and peppers

1 headlettuce

taco seasoning

1clove garlic
chopped

Chili powder
or spicy seasoning

shredded cheddar cheese

sour cream
optional
Tortillia chips
optional

Grape tomatoes

Instructions
Step 1
Slightly Brown burger then add onion some of the pepper some of the beans garlic corn and seasoning to hamburger.
Step 2
Add 1 cup of the salsa to skillet. Add more if needed.
Step 3
While meat is finishing cooking, clean drain and dry lettuce.
Add remaining peppers beans tomatos olives to lettuce
Step 4
When meat mixture is finished, add to bowl of lettuce. Add shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips on top of salad. Use salsa as dressing. Mixing sour cream with salsa will make a good thicker dressing.
