Instructions
Step 1
Pour the pork in the pan, add 1 tsp salt,

and 1/4 cup water. Let it cook until water is dry and pork is cooked. Once cooked set aside the pork (5 minutes)

Put garlic, onion and mix with the pork, half cook all the ingredients
Step 4
Put the string beans
Step 5
Add the Ground pepper, and 2 tbsp soy sauce
Step 6
Place the cover, heat it up for 30 seconds
Step 7
Add 1/4 cup water, 3 tbsp vinegar
Step 8
Taste & correct seasoning
Step 9
Pour onto a plate, ready to serve
