Ingredients
2 servings

3 Tbsgreek yoghurt
½ cupunsw soy milk
or any other milk of your choice

2 Tbspspirulina powder
blue or green

1 Tbspprotein powder
only optional

½ cupfrozen pineapple

½ cupfrozen mango

½ cupfrozen cauliflower
optional

4ice cubes
optional
Instructions
Step 1
1. Cut the pineapple into 2 halves.
Step 2
Spoon out the inside of the pineapples with a spoon. leave 1.5-2 cm border.
(You can use the flesh for another smoothie (freeze) or as a snack). Put the 2 halves to the side for later.
Step 3
Now prepare your smoothie. Add the milk and yogurt to the blender.
Step 4
Now add the spirulina powder, and protein powder (optional).
Step 5
Afterwards toss your frozen fruits into the blender: mangos, cauliflowers, pineapples.
Step 6
In the end, you can add ice, if you have a good blender.
Step 7
Blend all on low setting until smooth.
