Step 1
Cilantro lime Dressing:
Step 2
Put all below ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
1/4 cup olive oil
Handful of cilantro chopped
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp honey
1/2tsp of cumin, paprika, chili powder
Sprinkle of salt
Step 3
To a large bowl add the below items then toss in the dressing.

can black beans1
cherry tomatoes1 pint
can chickpeas1
can corn1
red bell pepper1
Step 4
Once combined with the dressing, top with 1/2 an avocado, a sprinkle of smoked paprika or and your favorite hot sauce. My favorite is Melissa mexicana sauce š
