Instructions

Step 1
Mash banana in microwavable mug. Add oil, maple syrup, & vanilla. Finally, add oat flour, baking powder, salt, & cinnamon; mix!
Step 2
Dot your blueberries over top. (You can leave them out if you don’t have or don’t want them.)
Step 3
Microwave (45-60 sec.). [Timing varies.]
Step 4
Enjoy immediately for breakfast, snack, or dessert!
