Instructions

Step 1
In a pot add the 15g of water, 30g of milk, and 15g of flour. Stir until it's like a smooth paste. Put on medium low heat and keep stirring until it clumps up. Keep going until it's like playdough and there is no water left. When it's done set to the set because it needs to cool down.
Step 2
Heat 130g of milk to about 110 degrees. (takes about 20 seconds)
Step 3
Combine all the dry ingredients. in a blender. Blend for about 10-12 seconds
Step 4
Now add the tangzhong mixture, 15g of butter to the blender. Add milk slowly as you are blending.
Step 5
kneed the dough for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 6
Put in a lightly greased bowl and cover up. Wait for about an hour.
Step 7
Divide the the dough into six equal parts. Roll them into a circle then flatten with palm. Lay them on a baking tray.
Step 8
Cover the sheet and let sit for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 4000 degrees
Step 9
Make the egg wash with one egg and a half of teaspoon of water. Whisk. Wipe across the buns after they have risen.

Optional: Add sesame seeds

Put in oven. After about 7-8 minutes turn the pan around. Then bake for another 14-17 minutes
